Voltage Controlled Phase Shifters

Pulsar's Voltage Controlled Phase shifters utilize a DC voltage to control the phase of the RF signal applied. These phase shifters utilize varactor diodes to produce the necessary phase requirements. Phase of the 180 and 360 degree designs are available, and phase can be controlled with a DC voltage 0-20 Vdc. Modulation of these phase shifters is typically 100 kHz, and maximum input power is +5 dBm.

A wide variety of package styles are available, such as plug-in, flatpack, TO-cans, and connectorized housings, though the most popular are the miniature surface mount packages. Surface mount packages are available on tape and reel, for automated assembly techniques.
