Pulsar supplies a broad range of PIN diode attenuators with either continuously variable voltage or current controlled attenuation to 64 dB or digitally programmable attenuation also to 64 dB with 8 bit resolution and least significant bit size of 0.125 dB.
Voltage or current controlled attenuators cover broad bandwidths from 0.25-16 GHz with attenuation ranges of either 32 or 64 dB. Voltage controlled linearized attenuators are available from 0.25-16.0 GHz with attenuation ranges of 32 and 64 dB and typical transfer functions of 10dB/volt.
Digitally programmable attenuators cover the frequency ranges of 0.25-16 GHz with either 32 or 64 dB of attenuation. Internal TTL drivers are utilized, providing 500 nanosecond switching time.
In the frequency range of 0.25-4.0 GHz, octave bandwidths are standard with 8 bit resolution down to 0.125 dB LSB for 32 dB attenuation range and 0.250 LSB for 64 dB attenuation range.
Standard units for the frequency range of 4-16 GHz have band- widths of +/- 20% to +/- 50% with either 32 or 64 dB attenuation range. Again the resolution is 8 bits with 0.125 dB LSB for 32 dB attenuation range and 0.250 LSB for 64 dB attenuation range.
