Linearized Pin Diode Attenuator

Pulsar introduces Model AAT-28-479A/5S, supplying up to 32 dB of attenuation in the frequency range of 6-16 GHz with 4 dB insertion loss and a control voltage of 0 to +4 volts. The DC power required is +15 volts at 100 mA and -15 volts at 100 mA. Outline dimensions are 2.0 x 2.0 x 0.8 inches and SMA female removable connectors are utilized.

DAT-25-482/1S Attenuator

Absorptive Switch, 70 dB Isolation, 0.2-6.0 GHz

Pulsar adds a new SP3T PIN diode switch to its broad line of switches. Model SW3AD-28 provides 70 dB of isolation over the frequency range of 0.2-6.0 GHz with 2.5 dB insertion loss and 1.70 VSWR. The TTL driver is internal and is powered by +/- 5 volts. The housing is 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.75 inches. Additional designs available in frequency ranges of 0.2-18.0 GHz.
