Terms and Conditions


HOW TO ORDER
A complete part number must be specified to place an order. This must include the model number, outline number and connector type. Orders may be placed with the factory or its local representative. A written purchase order is required to enable the factory to proceed with the manufacture and shipment of the items requested. Frequency optimization over reduced bandwidth is available at little or no extra charge. Custom outlines are also available.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All sales are subject to Pulsar Microwave Corporation standard terms and conditions as stated herein, unless specifically agreed to otherwise by the factory. Shipments are F.O.B. Clifton, New Jersey, U.S.A. Payment terms are NET 30 for customers with approved credit. Shipments will be made to all others on a C.O.D. basis or with payment in advance, at our discretion.

DELIVERY
When a carrier is not specified by the customer at the time that an order is placed, shipment will be made via UPS-BLUE service.

PACKING AND PACKAGING
Packing and packaging normally supplied is to "best commercial standards". Packing to military requirements or for export is available upon request, at an extra charge to be quoted by the factory.

INSURANCE
Unless requested otherwise at the time an order is placed, all shipments will be insured at full value. The insurance charge will be added to the invoice.

TEST DATA AND SOURCE INSPECTION
Requests for test data and customer source inspection must be made at the time an order is placed. There will be additional charges for these services as quoted by the factory.

WARRANTY
Pulsar Microwave Corporation warrants that the components to be delivered shall, at the time of delivery, be free from defects, in material and workmanship. Pulsar's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts; all freight costs to and from Pulsar's plant will be paid by the buyer. This warranty shall remain in effect for the period of one year from the date of shipment. Pulsar shall have no liability for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from improper use, negligence or accident. Complete or partial disassembly of the components will void this warranty.

CHANGE OF PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Catalog specifications are subject to change at any time. Pulsar Microwave Corporation reserves the right to discontinue items without prior notice.

Quality Assurance Procedure


Pulsar Microwave Corporation Employs stringent quality assurance policies and procedures which are defined by our in house Quality Assurance manual. Pulsar's Quality Assurance Manual encompasses the requirements of MIL-I-45208 (Inspection Systems), MIL-Std-45662 (Calibration of Test Equipment) and MIL-Std-105 (Material Controls).
